Lots of good thinkers are chewing on the revelation today that -- at least according to what Dick Cheney told Scooter Libby -- George Bush authorized the leak of classified intelligence info (the National Intelligence Estimate, or NIE) to journalists to bolster the Administration's case for war with Iraq (beforehand) and to justify it when all stated reasons for war proved false (afterward).
