Just spoke to Feinstein's office. Good news is, whereas she previously said she would not support a filibuster, her nice young man now says she's undecided.
Bad news is, he also said that it takes 41 votes "to start a filibuster, and right now they're not there." I told him that's not true, it takes 41 votes to SUSTAIN a filibuster, but only one person to start one.
I also told him that Sen. Feinstein's name was being hotly discussed on blogs with hundreds of thousands of hits a day, and she's being called a traitor Democrat who can't be trusted to do the right thing. He said he'd be sure to pass that on.
