Clinton's Office Confirms She Won't Filibuster

Just spoke to someone in Hillary's office. She opposes Alito, but has briefed her staff to say "there simply are not enough votes to sustain a filibuster at the moment" and that "there also is the looming threat of the nuclear option" and they don't want to give the Rs more power to "rubber stamp" things for the next 3 years.

I asked the nice lady to tell the Senator that her position is cowardice. There are real Democrats and there are Vichy Democrats, and it's time to stand up.

If she doesn't change her mind, then it's official: Hillary Clinton, for saying she wouldn't filibuster even if she could for fear of the "nuclear option", is a Neville-Chamberlain-wanking, Vichy-water-loving, fascsist-enabling traitor.
